He makes a good point here about structual alignment. To me this is the biggest benefit of this practice. Theres nothing to get your posture correct like weights hanging from your nuts.

Yea, no doubt I deleted the post, as it was insulting to several people. It actually said more about Cessation than anyone….i did him the favor there…come on i have better things to do.

balance, wind, flight, dirt, forest animals, trees, motion, mtn streams, panoramic views, clouds, rain, snow, sunshine, ancient rocks, forest spirits…..all in the same ride….
