isn’t this the old “it’s easy to be a holy man at the top of a mountain” thing? i mean, would i want a teacher who’s methods can’t even help him cope with modern life himself? will i end up unable to deal with the world around me if i get what he’s got? or is there a more scientific reason to this?

i like to roll the tongue for the orbit. start in back as you inhale up the spine, move to center, and then to fron as you exhale down front channel. reverse for reverse orbit. you don’t have to connect it to the breath once the orbit is moving. if orbit is open and free flowing, tongue can be almost anywhere. if you don’t think about it,…[Read more]
