Instead of usual graffite rods in Chernobyl in Fukushima nuclear power plant yhere is water used, as far as I know ( I am plasma physicist from Moscow). Thus, if there is no water in Fukushima reactor #2, then the huge nuclear blast is still dangeruos there.
