That’s a great show.
I have all 5 seasons + the spinoff Crusade on DVD.
There’s a lot of interesting spiritual subtext in an
otherwise standard sci-fi series. How far are you into the show? Which season?

So is the John in the story, the same John as
the former bookstore manager–or was he just passing
on the story and happened to have the same name? -

The “million dollar point” has been disavowed by Michael
since the original edition of “Taoist Secrets of Love” was
printed. It has been found to be dangerous practice and is no longer
recommended. It creates too much congestion and internal
pressure in the genitals, and can create both physical
and energetic problems.S

The problem is NOT the masturbation.
The problem is the obsessive-compulsive thinking
and self-critical behavior that is fueling the CFS.
In fact, the quest to end ejaculation and/or masturbation
is just more of the same obsessive-compulsive thinking.
Heading down that road is not going to lead to any solution.Sorry.

One thing I think is useful when examining one’s coffee
use (or nonuse) is to ask yourself the following questions:“What is so important that I have to force my body
to work harder than it will allow naturally? And why
am I placing such an importance on it to begin with?
In the big picture, can this really be that important

While I can’t necessarily disagree with
Wendy’s comments against coffee, because
there’s a lot of truth in what she said,
I wasn’t focusing so much on the coffee part
as the mental pattern I picked up on.My comment has to do with a “strategy”

For one, I’d recommend to stop worrying about masturbating.
You’re probably burning up almost as much energy worrying about
it as you are actually doing it.Daily masturbation is too much for someone in your situation, but
once or twice a week is not something to get preoccupied on.To be honest, you are probably using the masturbation…[Read more]

I’ll strongly recommend the Deep Healing Qigong once again.

It’s important to know that aren’t any hard and fast rules
about which negative emotions are associated with which organs. For instance, when the liver is blocked it is common to feel
anger or frustration. However, suppose you are in a state of anger.
Can you assume that it is coming from the liver spirit? Not necessarily.

The practice she describes is really just a form
of the Inner Smile meditation, which is a means
of releasing inner conflict and struggle. It increases
inner harmony and thus *reduces* selfishness, as the
imagined need to cast yourself above others no longer
becomes necessary for internal happiness. See Michael’s
Inner Smile E-book…[Read more] -
