Hard to say.
Who’s to say that the silk worms that die from being used
in silk production, weren’t created for that very purpose,
and that their very cataclysmic death is the ultimate gift
of love on their part to produce something wonderful. You
can’t ask the silk worms . . .My personal feeling is something akin to the previous…[Read more]

Steven replied to the topic Black holes are the rhythm at the heart of galaxies in the forum General 17 years, 3 months ago
The comparison used describing the central black hole as a
kind of heart muscle for the whole galaxy was probably used
to help explain the observed phenomenon. However, I think
what it, in fact demonstrates, is that galaxies ARE living
organisms–or at the very least, living organs as part of
a larger organism. This is a wonderful view…[Read more] -

I hear TCM people refer to “damp heat” a lot as being a problem
in a variety of different things,
not sure what it means exactly–but TCM types don’t like it.
A symptom of too much water in relation to fire?Good and bad fungus–>sounds like good and bad bacteria,

Agreed. Focusing too much on single elements can
create imbalances elsewhere, but it’s still interesting
to see the connection between specific deficiencies
and an overall pathology that develops in connection.S

Very interesting!
If true, the excessive use of antibiotics would explain
why cancer is occurring in higher percentages in modern
society. I wonder if this means that probiotics are
anti-cancer . . .As for the five-element analysis, my first thought was
the Metal-Wood interaction as being the dominant player.Reason:

To be honest, I haven’t researched toothpastes fully,
although the one I use is, in fact, fluoride-free.I use “Therabrite Plus” toothpaste (found in Meijer and Walgreens)
or online at http://www.drkatz.com. It’s part of the “Therabreath line”
designed to provide more effective breath control than other
toothpastes and mouthwashes on the…[Read more] -

I agree with both of your comments above.
With regard to your P.S., that’s sort of I guess
the reason for my glut of posts on the topic.I’ve found it useful as of late to recognize
common resistance themes and respond to them
directly–by doing practice.I’ve not run into a situation where after I ignored excuses

It’s not the resistance itself that is the problem.
The resistance is only a symptom of the actual problem.Much of resistance is fear of change . . .
Under unconditional acceptance of the heart, fear can not exist.
Under unconditional acceptance of the heart, you can trust

If you are handing it out to students already enrolled in
the class, then you can probably keep it
(for the most part) as is.All you would really need in this case, in my opinion,
is some minor grammar editing. This wouldn’t take much
work.If you wanted something to advertise the class, then
I wouldn’t use anything like this.…[Read more] -

In ordinary life, what does resistance to doing some
daily practice sound like? See if you recognize
any in the following list, or if you have more to add
to the list:Resistance In Practice sounds like:
1. I don’t have time right now.
2. I need to get some work done right now.
3. I need to get some work done first–before…[Read more]

Hi Julian,
I agree with you that you should use your words, since it is
your class and you want to put your flavor on things . . .
you shouldn’t necessarily just defer to Michael’s words.A quick question:

The FDA has been in the pocket of pharmaceutical industries and
chemical industries for years, so I’m not surprised. Very few
agencies actually do good for the health of the public.Aside: For instance, fluoride is not added to tap water
to prevent tooth decay–it is added because it is a
waste by-product of the aluminum industry,…[Read more] -

Any “final determining” election in which there

For people primarily interested in money, of course those types will
