Hi sly,
I agree a lot with Wendy’s example of peeling.
It’s like peeling an onion.
As you smile and your organs respond, sometimes they are
“unhappy” because they are storing things. If you release
some of these trapped things or process them, then you
reach states where they will feel happy and you will feel
them smiling…[Read more] -

Well, “close” is all relative. It’s certainly
closer than LA, but it’s an 11 hour drive for me
minimum to Asheville. I, of course, envy Julian
for being right in the neighborhood practically.Of course, being within a long day’s drive means I
can skip taking a plane if I do make the jaunt–which
actually I don’t mind so much–you…[Read more] -

I don’t really have anything to contribute, as I haven’t taken
any of the Kan and Li’s yet . . . but I enjoyed some of your excitement
nonetheless. In just my experience with the Deep Healing Qigong,
which I understand contains some simplified baby alchemy, I’ve found
that through lots of practice with the form I can develop some…[Read more] -

No, I agree with you actually.
Self-medicating with low amounts fits in well with the
quote I gave in the post below. The same goes with tobacco–an old Native American saying
is that “tobacco is a healing herb, but if you abuse the
herb it will abuse you”.Ironic also that you referenced tobacco, as I’ve been trying
some things .…[Read more] -

The video argues that the cyanide is only released
at the site of cancer cells; however, people
*do* die from cyanide poisonings from ingesting an
excess, so I don’t think that their statement is
entirely true.It may be that there is a higher quantity of cyanide
released in the area surrounding cancer cells than
in the general…[Read more] -

While *certain* fruit seeds have health benefits, MANY are poisonous.
I wouldn’t be cavalier about eating the seeds with the fruit! If you only eat a few seeds with the fruit, then you probably have
nothing to worry about–your body will detox the small amount of
cyanide more rapidly than you accumulate it. In other words, people
that…[Read more] -

The seeds and core of *many* fruits have cyanide in them!
For instance, peach pits, apple seeds, cherry, apricot, plums, etc.Eating them can do you in; and even if it doesn’t,
the poison accumulates in your body until you DO
reach a lethal dose.Becoming fruitarian or sproutarian or taking any
other extreme positions usually lead to…[Read more] -

If someone is uncircumcised and they take a little care in
cleaning under the foreskin and assuming they don’t have a
yeast infection, then there should be no problem–and as I
said if there is repeated yeast infections or repeated tearing
then a circumcision might be necessary. As for people preferring circumcised men for fellatio,…[Read more]

Hi SD,
Haven’t seen you in a while! What have you been up to?
Just a clarification, that last big long paragraph is
a quote from Michael Winn’s E-book on “The Way of the Inner Smile”.

provide another point of view . . .Everything else in that post are my words, but not…[Read more]

I lean towards leave things as nature intended–i.e. uncircumcised.
There are a few health benefits toward circumcision–mainly having
to with being able to keep the foreskin clean. Uncircumcised males
have to make sure that the area under their foreskin remains clean and
doesn’t have a lot of moisture build up, or it can lead to yeast…[Read more] -

Since no one–including myself–has welcomed you
to the board yet . . . Welcome! To your question:
