Hi Jeff,
Part of your confusion here lies in that
you are not getting a complete teaching
on the breathing methods via questions
that just address pieces of it. More
details, of course, are covered in QF3 audio. However, in lieu of that, let me just summarize
the practice of the 3 breathing methods from QF3.
It will perhaps…[Read more] -

I don’t know how much detail you want, so I’ll
give you some choices . . .In short:
With reverse breathing, it is the *abdomen* that
moves in opposition to the breath, not the qi ball. With more detail:
Reverse breathing (mechanics)
inhale=abdomen contracts
exhale=abdomen expandsThe qi ball, on the other hand, moves in…[Read more]

Yes, you are exactly right about the counterforce qigong on QF4.
It’s good to hear about your experiences with
the QF2 package and the QF4 DVD. It’s all good stuff.Spending the time that you are on the physical qigong
will only help you regarding the meditations. It is
vitally important to get embodied. It sounds like you have a…[Read more]

Hi Jeff,
Do natural breathing: inhale, and abdomen expands;
exhale, and abdomen contracts. What makes it different from natural breathing
is the internal energetics.Internally, you become aware of a qi ball in your lower dantian.
While you do the natural breathing physically (as described above),
the qi ball also expands and…[Read more] -

>>>I think here Steven too firmly promotes sleeping in too bulky blocks.
Not true.
How a person gets sleep, whether it is in one big chunk, or
whether it is segmented is irrelevant. What matters is that
a person is getting adequate sleep for their body’s needs.
Too many people are sleep-deprived–trying to function on too…[Read more] -

Your kids are important, and they should be.
A lot of time spent there is not only reasonable,
but understandable. It is one of the
sacrifices/joys of being a parent. This is not what I was referring to as
inessential activities.Maybe an example with reference to inessential
activities might be in order . . .Referring back to…[Read more]

Interesting . . .
Typically my feeling has been that–seeing the possibility
of radical, transformational changes–we feel inspired
toward action, i.e. “Hey, maybe I could change my
life too! I feel inspired to try.”However, I just realized that, like anything else,
this powerful message can be hijacked by the shadow side.
It can…[Read more] -

Hi Adel,
I have the triple fluoride filtration system
that I mentioned from Crystal Quest in the kitchen,
attached to the kitchen faucet. All my drinking water
and cooking water comes through that.As far as shower/bath/bathroom filters, I’ve
haven’t pursued that yet.I’m sure I wouldn’t notice any drop in water pressure,
but…[Read more] -

For more information about the true
story of fluoride, and why its addition
to our drinking water is a terrible scam
that is destructive to our health, please
watch “The Fluoride Deception”. It is
highly educational, and deserves repeated

There’s probably some truth here.
My grandfather smoked his whole life, until age 90, when he quit.
After a year, he developed dementia, and died with
severe dementia at age 92. Of course, that could
very well be coincidence, but my intuition suggests not.It has been shown that patients with Alzheimer’s disease
have an accumulation of…[Read more] -

to hear, so hopefully you won’t be too angry. 😉 . . .You say “besides taking a nap or getting more sleep at
