Brilliant, high-level mathematicians . . . are people
who work on mathematics that only 1/1,000,000 of 1%
of the world’s population can even understand.Consequently, these people investigate this stuff
because it forms a kind of perverse personal
amusement and self-gratification to understand
something so advanced . . . not because…[Read more] -

It is not so much about draining excess energy away,
but redistributing the energy in a healthy way that
you can use throughout your body. The microcosmic orbit helps to redistribute and
balance the energy flow through the body, and
qigong–in particular, grounding exercises–help
to bring the energy down so that it is more in
your…[Read more] -

Nothing is so important
that one should sacrifice
the need for decent rest, in my view.Life is not a race to the finish line
to see how many activities you can
pack in before you die. In the end,
you are just as dead.May as well enjoy the time here with
quality not quantity, in my opinion;
and to therefore enjoy less, rather…[Read more] -

Obviously one can never know exactly
without asking him. My intuition is
that it probably was kinky sex gone wrong,
and it is simply unfortunate that he
was found in such a compromised state.

prevent Kundalini syndrome; such training

It is a mistake to follow the work of only one instructor, in my view.
This is true whether that one instructor is M. Chia, whether
it is Michael Winn, or whether it is someone else. Each instructor
has a unique offering. I can say from my experience that I’ve
learned 10 times what others have, simply by seeing what others

Too many people forcing themselves to stay awake
when they need to sleep, and too many people tossing
and turning trying to go to sleep when they are
in fact, not tired. Both are unhealthy, if you
ask me.Sleep when tired, and don’t when you are not.
I think this is the best strategy, and extremely simple.S

Hi Adel,
You are opening up a huge can of worms, because
there is no overall agreement in the community.ON THE ONE HAND:
If you talk to some “Zen Daoists”,
you will hear the refrain that both Zen
and Daoism point to exactly the same thing.Zen points to the joy of being alive, in
this very moment, and points to the core…[Read more] - Load More
