It’s immaturity like this that causes people to have fear

There are a few instructors who are semi-open,
i.e. meaning they are not “closeted”, but do not advertise
or talk about it with people who are unknowns.
When I say this, I…[Read more] -

Below you can find the dates for tropical vs. sidereal astrology
(found on Wikipedia).Under both tropical and sidereal astrology, I’m a Scorpio.
Under IAU sidereal, I’m a Libra. In principle, I don’t think anyone is strictly, discretely,
one of the 12 (or 13) zodiac classifications. It’s more likely a distribution, or quantum packet…[Read more]

I think you need to read my posts again.
Maybe there is a language barrier issue here
and you just misunderstood me.The issue with not having the book in the store,
is that it is not a Daoist book. It is not
an anti-gay stance. In particular, we don’t
have *heterosexual* Tantra books in the store
either. Do you follow me?We…[Read more]

I think Lama Shenpen Rinpoche has a very immature view.
Homosexual behavior is not sexual misconduct.
Sexual misconduct is rape, adultery, sexual promiscuity.
Two people in a committed relationship, be it gay or straight,
is not misconduct. The Zen temple I go to is fairly
clear about this. In fact, they have brochures inside their…[Read more] -

Well I appreciate the suggestion, but I don’t
think that it would be a good fit for the bookstore.
While we do have gay/lesbian/bisexual students in the Healing Tao,
and in fact, there are some senior HT instructors that are in
committed homosexual relationships, this book is not Daoist.
Mostly we just have Daoist books. Not to say that…[Read more]

What did my Tarot lesson have to do with
this book you cited? I don’t follow. If you were meaning to give the book
a positive review, maybe you could explain
why you liked it so much.Unless, of course, you were just being immature.
Please clarify.

No.
But every day I have a smoothie, which has as its content:
a large banana, rice milk, vitamin C powder, cocoa, and iceBasically a vehicle for getting extra vitamin C into my system,
as bananas are one of the few fruits I’m not allergic to
(I have a citrus allergy), plus bananas are a good potassium source.
Also use the smoothie to…[Read more] -

Aside from maybe considering some direct prostate massage,
which may be helpful, another obvious solution is to deal
with your chronic constipation. That’s probably a major
player and is causing irritation.A lot of chronic constipation is caused by lack of enough water
in the body. I’d encourage you to start drinking quite a
bit…[Read more] -

I have tried both the Genesis Today
brands “Goji 100” (100% goji juice)
and “Total Goji 100” (100% goji, including
seeds, pulp, skin). There is a difference definitely in taste.
The Total Goji 100 is thicker and sweeter
than the Goji 100. In fact, I think the
two taste quite a bit different, even aside
from these two features.…[Read more] -

My hermit retreat is coming to a close . . .
I will be leaving the day after tomorrow (the 4th).
It’ll formally be about a day and a half sooner than
my original plan, but I need to get home to do some
laundry and a few things before another workshop I
have scheduled for this upcoming weekend. 😉Even so, it’s been a fabulous time, and…[Read more]

other than a brief skim, haven’t read it.It’s with me on retreat, so if time, maybe I’ll get to it.

to be a challenge and an opportunity. ^_^Cultivating in a conducive environment is one thing,
