Meat is more grounded, all right . . . grounded into hamburger, LOL. Yum.
OK, bad joke, but I’m in an overly chipper mood for some reason. ^_^As for Dragon Herbs, I don’t know.
Maybe they are becoming more popular, and their supply is being depleted.I actually just placed an order from them (not Goji), and they refunded

Yeah, I’m not sure why there are so many mosquitos, but there are.
When you get into Alaskan bush, and even more so in the far north of Alaska
where it is just tundra . . . the volume of mosquitos grows without
bound. Literally, if you look at the ground, you will see a fog
hovering above the ground, and it is a thick sea of mosquitos.…[Read more] -

I consume 16 grams of chlorella daily, which is a
green algae. It has one of the highest concentrations
of chlorophyll around, detoxifies the body, and could
be considered a “perfect food”.I’m not sure how it compares to wheatgrass . . .

Steven replied to the topic Light at Nighttime Causes Obesity (relevant to timing qi practice) in the forum Practice 15 years, 4 months ago
Personally, I like to dim the lights
within an hour or so before I go to bed.
Helps me to wind down. Less chance of insomnia.I still don’t know exactly what could be determined from that study.
The study was done on mice that were nocturnal. For all we know, the extra light during night time
was something that the mice considered…[Read more] -
Steven replied to the topic Fusion and feelings again! in the forum Practice 15 years, 4 months ago
Get Michael’s Fusion 1.
It will take your practice deeper.
He has some Yin Fusion methods there that allow you
to go deeper into the emotions as opposed to the more
Yang Bagua Practice.Focusing (not Healing Tao) is another tool for allowing
you to access the emotions on a deeper level.
See the attached link.As to asking “is it…[Read more]

Steven replied to the topic La Gong and Bubbling spring, connection? in the forum Practice 15 years, 4 months ago
Hi SD,
There is a Tao Yin exercise with the name
“Water Up and Fire Down”, which connects
and involves both the Lao-Gong Pericardium-8 points
and the Bubbling Well Kidney-1 points. The purpose of the exercise is to redistribute
heat through the body, so that areas that are too hot
are cooled and areas that are too cold are…[Read more] -

To each, his own.
I’m more of a night owl.
Forcing myself to be more of an early bird leaves me sluggish and irritable,
no matter how long I’m forced to be on such a program. As a night owl, I could argue that being a night owl is better
just based on perspective . . . Young people tend to stay up later
and sleep in later; whereas old…[Read more] -

Yeah, I was only making a factual statement about
an all-raw-food diet (which is unbalanced and not healthy).
You can even find such Taoist wisdom in Chia’s books,
but it is corroborated in various other Chinese medical
sources as well. Extreme things are generally not good. However, I *wasn’t* making any comments specific to your diet,…[Read more]

Steven replied to the topic Protocol for Curing Diabetes in 1 Month in the forum Practice 15 years, 4 months ago
I don’t know if it’s the raw food, so much as it’s the absence of sugar.
Chinese medicine advocates a mixture of raw and cooked food,
and in fact, cautions *against* an all raw food diet.
An all raw food diet is very stressful on the liver, and
can induce liver cirrhosis in some people if they sustain the
diet over a long period of…[Read more] -

No. It says having a light at nighttime is not good, not that
staying up late is bad. The study was done on nocturnal mice for
that matter. Don’t read too much into it.“Go to bed early; get up early arguments” are mainly used
by morning people to justify their annoying habits to the
night owls. It’s better to just find your own…[Read more] -
