You give some good suggestions for folks . . .
>>>I’ve never found it helpful to use the

>>>it easier to let the body ground the mind.Exactly. This is precisely the reason why practices that focus on getting into your body are so potent, e.g. the “Physical Body & Grounding Curriculum”. When…[Read more]

Hi Little One,
Let me give you some more details . . .
The main issue is the five-element support you get from such a necklace. The external object resonates with your five-element matrix and augments it based on its material.
In particular, the Rudraksha comes from a tree, so it likely would amplify your wood energy. The same could be…[Read more]

c_howdy: “daddy” is what small children call their male parent.
The description was meant to describe childish arguments that resemble arguing between a father and a son. There was no sexual spin on it, that you’ve been creating.Strangely enough, I’ve seen a number of people play these out with Michael. I’m not exactly sure why. It’s some…[Read more]

Some of this is just time.
I remember when I first learned Primordial, I remember thinking “what’s the big deal with this form? I don’t find it as phenomenal as everyone else seems to be making it out to be. I don’t see what the big deal is.” In fact, I almost didn’t even like it.
But then, as time went on, even though I didn’t see what…[Read more]

If you are attracted to it, have at.
Folks draw on multiple sources all the time.Way back when I first got involved in Healing Tao, I wore a labradorite necklace, because I felt I had too many psychic vampires attacking me and I had no boundaries. A few years later, when I strengthened my boundaries, I felt it to be no longer necessary and I…[Read more]

News to me, as I’ve attended the live workshop of Fusion 2&3 eight times now from Michael, and I don’t remember a time when he didn’t cover it in the class. However Adv. Lesser came out in 2007, and 2008 was the first year I took Fusion 2&3, so he could have added it immediately starting in 2008, and thus consequently I never knew a time when it…[Read more]

Hi elephant,
A person is always going to have unresolved emotional issues, it is part of being human. I wouldn’t necessarily let that stop you from moving forward. Yes, if you open the 8 extras, they can get polluted by negative emotions. However, if you don’t open them, then by definition, what are they? ๐ Closed! Are they not? Plugged…[Read more]

Maybe you can identify your source for “the original tradition”.
Maybe you can detail the actual practices and how they differ.Like Michael or dislike Michael, he’s teaching a set of usable practices.
You don’t have to like him to find value in the practices.Maybe you can discuss how the alchemy from your source differs, and how it…[Read more]

Michael teaches Wudang macro-orbit already currently in Fusion 3 . . .
I don’t believe that it was only ever taught in Adv. K&L to my memory.Since Michael released the Adv. K&L material CD, he has bled all of this material into other courses. So now if someone takes his current coursework, you will learn all of the practices without needing…[Read more]

Ribosome777 has been on this forum for years.
It drives him crazy that people listen to Michael, but won’t listen to his angry rants or his LSD-induced “brilliant” discoveries. It’s no accident that he is defending Rideforever. Both are attention-seekers looking for an audience, and both are totally ungrounded mental-head-cases. At least…[Read more] -

Michael’s story is more about how as your consciousness expands, you become aware of things that were formerly unconscious. He became aware that he was being energetically contacted for astral sex, but–except for a few individuals–the folks involved were mostly unconscious about it. So the argument here is that this stuff is already going on…[Read more]

The standing practice ONLY–at a beginning level–is probably OK to learn self-study.
I do NOT recommend the qi packing method that is taught in the course, and this comprises almost half of the book and course material. The qi packing is somewhat dangerous and has some precautions. In particular, there is a different qi packing method in the…[Read more] -

For He Shou Wu, hopefully you are taking Dragon Herbs brand. Not all He Shou Wu is equal. Some is not potent, and some is not safe because it hasn’t been prepared properly to remove the phytotoxins from the He Shou Wu. Dragon Herbs recommended dosage is 3 capsules twice per day. However, my personal recommendation is this: Half of that dosage…[Read more]

Of course, Christians would argue that these quotes all came before the crucifixion of Jesus, and that the crucifixion consequently enabled this proxy use of Jesus as sin-shedding and free ticket to afterlife, as I described. See John 3.16.
Not that I believe any of this personally, but this is what they decidedly believe.

Standing practice, ala Yiquan Standing-in-Stillness postures from QF4, is good, but much better is ROOTED standing practice postures from Iron Shirt 1. You might consider exploring this at some point in the future, as the QF4 postures–which I think of as good beginner postures–only provide 10% of the benefit for kidney building as the IS1…[Read more]

I need to correct a misconception here.
The phrase “the Sage breathes through his heels”
is found NOWHERE in Lao Tzu’s (Laozi) Tao Te Ching. It is found in the writings of Zhuangzi (Chuang Tzu).
Chuang Tzu was a contemporary of Lao Tzu, who promoted many of Lao Tzu’s ideas and wrote many detailed stories around Daoist philosophy of the…[Read more]

When I said “interpretations of writings of Christ” in my first post, I was making particular use of the preposition “of”.
“Writings of Christ” means something different than “writings BY Christ”.
The particular use of “of”, means that Jesus was the subject, held in regard as savior.
Several authors wrote of him, and then Paul interpreted…[Read more] - Load More
