Thanks for posting that link. A beautiful yin presentation, a great contrast to the yang presentations of kung fu. Some things they did re-evoked feelings from my meditations.

Oh, that connects some ideas for me. Let me state them below to see if I am correct.

It is the resonance that jing provides that allows us to learn from other beings. And, spirits do not have jing so they can be wise but cannot learn. And, so that is why we take on a body – so we can learn. Correct?
