Dear Sir,
Our Universal Tao discussion group would like to ask you for your opinion about the devices aktivator and neutralizer that are – as those who market them claims – eternally charged by the Universe’s fundamental energy – zero point energy and function on the basis of a microlepton field that regulates all human biofields, and – as they claims too – increase the effects of Chi Kung practices.
About these devices we find on Wikipedia:

Winn reply:Dear Dan:
I am not familiar with nor tested the devices mentioned, so my reply is completely theoretical.
The question might be re-phrased: why should I purchase a device charged by zero point energy, when my body is a “device” that is already being charged by the same zero point energy?
There is no right or wrong answer.
Some people might buy a device because their belief system is partially invested in the belief that man-made technology is superior to man himself. Thus the external device for them improves what they believe – that they only have a limited ability to access zero point energy. In the short run, they are right to buy the device; they are aligning the flow of their money chi (an externalized form of kidney/water chi) with an external device. Better than spending the money on some health-neutral or health-negative device, like a cell-phone that cooks them with microwaves.
The real question is whether long term there has been a subtle DIS-empowerment of our innate human technology, which is accessed more efficiently by the practice of chi kung/qigong and inner alchemy.
This is a major issue of our time. I personally believe that excessive reliance on external technology has weakened humans energetically and thus spiritually. Yes, I drive a car, and use a thousand technological devices. But I think it impels me to practice more chi kung and inner alchemy meditation to strengthen the one thing that technology cannot do: strengthen my FREE WILL ability to tap into the zero point energy.
Zero point energy in Taoist language would be YUAN CHI, or primordial, non-polarized chi. The whole purpose of inner alchemy is to cultivate a conscious relationship with yuan chi. Chi Kung is mostly balancing the flow of yin-yang energy, an essential step in accessing yuan chi. But mainly the practice of neigong and neidangong (inner elixir skill) can stabilize yuan chi, because it requires free will focus to hold FUNCTIONAL AWARENESS of yuan chi.
Something that is everywhere, like yuan chi, remains as unconscious background field support without the intention to polarize and shape it constructively. That polarization is how we construct our human body – but how many are aware enough to witness that process?
