Hello
I am on a homeopathy treatment with Psorinum C200. All other medicines are taken down, and I have newly quite the hydrocortisone, quite abrubtly. I will not continue with it, perhaps never again, instead I plan to continue after the homeopathy with herbs from a TCM doctor.
I have had a quite stressful time working as a teacher with several new classes. So I have been exhausted. I have also been doing alot of hatha yoga that works on tension in different parts of the body.
I have had a new feeling that might be connected on a deeper level with my illness. Yesterday when going to bed I realy had a bad feeling in the T12 point, connected to the adrenals. From time to time the T12 point did connect to another realy tense and bad feeling in my heart. I tried to go into the feelings in both to see if there was any underlying supressed feelings in it. It was quite intence and I had to go up to lock at TV for awhile. I also have had some pain in the heart area during my awakening time, when trying to do to much at home. Then I have taken a breake and gone to sleap. It might be a sign for exchaustion and not supressed feeling or both.
I have dreamt about that the heart is involved in my illness. Might be related to a bad divorce from a girlfriend long time ago. And with my relationship with my mother as a child.
So to realy feel a connection betwean T12 and the heart and that the ill feeling in both was rely connected was interesting in my investigaion of my health problem. I have to write about it in my diary for the homeopaths working with my problem also so I stop here.
By the way I am shore the adrenals are a part of my health problem. An energetic inballance betwean fire and water is also an interesting theory.

my email address:

I will send the ‘result’ to your email address, not on this forumMay 2, 2009 at 9:58 am #31284DogParticipantI am reading the book inner alchemy and I am on the section about the differences between men and women practices. Basically women would start more with microcosmic and the eight channels. While men would be encouraged to work more of the inner smile and fusion. Thought I would share that. Great job! I wish you the courage to keep going. Keep practicing inner smile, microcosmic, and Iron shirt if that is all you know. Remember life is not suffering, and you are not your temporary feelings/boundaries. Find your joy find your morning erection (or some one that gives you one). Peace and Blessings on your way.
P.s. The TV thing means you are close to a break throw, keep going you are the Light(shen), the love (chi), the Will (jing), the embodiment of the Tao.

>>>I have had a new feeling that might be connected
>>>on a deeper level with my illness.
>>>I tried to go into the feelings in both to see
>>>if there was any underlying supressed feelings in it.
>>>It was quite intence and I had to go up to lock at
>>>TV for awhile. It sounds as if you are on the verge of
a possible big breakthrough! All illnesses on
some level are a cry to be heard. With a lot of
courage and self-compassion, I’d encourage further
explorations along those lines.>>>I have dreamt about that the heart is involved
>>>in my illness. Might be related to a bad divorce
>>>from a girlfriend long time ago. And with my
>>>relationship with my mother as a child.I can’t speak necessarily about the latter,
but I can definitely identify with
“bad divorce from a girlfriend”. This was one
of the reasons for my starting with the Healing Tao
to begin with, actually. My compassion to you there.
Regardless of its connection to your illness, things
like that can really put a dark cloud around the
heart, so they could be a contributor.Try to connect deeply with any raw feeling you find
and listen carefully for any voices that are
hoping you’ll pay attention to them.“If you can feel it, you can heal it.”
I suggest a lot of Inner Smile, yin-type Fusion,
and any other practices that you find beneficial
during the duration.Much encouragement to your continued exploration,

What did you mean by “”””The TV thing means you are close to a break throw””””” ?

It will be interesting to see if this is a part of a breake through to investigate deeper or if it just is to much stress in the moment. I believe much more that there is something with deeper meaning that is showing it’s face, but don’t want to have preconcieved ideas of what it might be, to let the process take it’s own course.

I have also noticed a structural imballance in my body.
I have short hamstrings and a tense psoas. The adrenal hatha yoga practise program
I have followed about 4 to 5 days a week is streatching out the hamstrings wery much. So that I am able to while standing on my legs reach the ground without bending the knees, which without the practise is impossible.I have had some pain in the lower back. And the psoas have became wery tense since the hamstings was streatched. My pelvis simce to tip forward. If I said it the wrong way, I mean that if the palvic is a bowl the water in it tends to leak in the front.
I think that the hamstings normaly are tense to compensate for this imbalance and when they are streatch the other imballances became noticed and real to me. Perhaps it is the psoas that is the main problem in this imbalance.
Psoas is shortened if there is imbalanced betean yin and yang in the body.
I have also done breathing exercises that with movements realy opens up the heart and chest area. Like bending back and streathcing the front side of the chest from about the sternum all the way up the front side of the neck. This also opened up tensions in the vertebrahs in the neck that got some relise by this streatch in the front.

May 3, 2009 at 1:12 pm #31298StevenModeratorI seem to remember Michael W. saying something about
there’s a danger in doing too much yoga in that
by becoming “too flexible” you can loose your structure.
This may be what’s happening in your case, I don’t know.
Something you want to think about, anyway.Since Iron Shirt 1 is about strengthening structure
(among other things), you might consider changing
the proportion of yoga you do and do more of that.
(Of course, you can take everything to an extreme
of too much; too much Iron Shirt 1 can entrain a
lot of rigidity in your body–the opposite problem)Sidebar: There was an interesting article in
“Qi magazine” recently about the connection between
poor posture and liver stagnation–in particular,
how poor posture can create liver stagnation. It makes
sense as energetically speaking the tendons and muscles
are governed by the liver.S
May 3, 2009 at 3:14 pm #31300DogParticipantWhat where you using Tv for?
May 3, 2009 at 7:31 pm #31302user244075ParticipantSwedich Dragon,
Keep working with it. Watching TV maybe an escape from feeling things. Maybe sometimes necessary but if you notice yourself doing it a lot then you may be avoiding your feelings. If you are having trouble feeling the main issue in your heart you may want to try feeling other issues to release or make room for the big one. Steven has given good advice also. Try to practice some Iron Shirt to stay grounded. Remember it should be the middle path.
We all are wish you well, hoping I can also speak for the universe as a whole. Keep working with it and regain your health.
Balance and honey (harmony)

To get our of the uncomfortable feelings. But usually on a site like this we not see it as a good thing. 🙂
