Hi All,
I realise it is not safe to practice the wudang method at the heart. When doing testicle breathing what is safe with regards to bringing the energy to the heart or spiraling it there?
Regards

The reason for the warning with the Wudang orbit is
because of the amplified psycho-spiritual electromagnetic
effects caused by your concentrated consciousness and qi
in the form of a spinning pearl.Usually when testicle breathing is done, the sexual
energy is breathed up in diffuse waves–not in the
form of a concentrated spinning pearl–so there should
be no problems.A safe approach is to make sure your feet are
connected to the ground, and start your testicle breathing
from the earth rather than from your testicles. Breathe
earth qi up your legs, passing through your genitals and
collecting the sexual energy along the way, and then
continue in a continuous straight line path to the heart.
This is a nice practice in and by itself, and can actually
be viewed as “a better method” than bringing the sexual
energy into the Du channel and up to the head first.
Sexual energy is better directed to the heart rather
than the head.As always in any practice, let your body and intuition guide you.
If the sensations you experience start getting too intense,
just back off. But to summarize, as long as you don’t
condense the sexual energy into a spinning pearl before
bringing it to the heart, you shouldn’t have any problems.Have fun,

I have one thing to add that works for me and that is the use of the spiral- maybe what you mean by diffuse waves- and not so much the straight energies.
Breathing in the testicles AND the penis too is something Barry Spendlove taught me.
There is something about the spiral that matches the frequencies of the tissue itself and the ring muscles chi is moving through. It also allows me to blossom open into the living heart that is pulsating and I wonder is a straight line really natural or more mental? Barry

In this context I meant straight more in a directional
sense, with the diffuse waves rising like steam
from a kettle swirling in.S

It makes sense intuitively but better to confirm when there could be serious consequences.
I like you method. What i have really found that works for me is to put one hand on the heart as per Michael’s CD’s. Not just in healing love but any practice. I’m not really sure what happens it seems like it balances the energy flow. Takes the sharp edges off.

What you are doing is sending a physical signal to your
body that your attention and consciousness is
heart-centered rather than head-centered, i.e.
lets the heart rule the show rather than the head.Good practice.
Have fun,
