Hello
I do quite alot of fusion these days. I have realy no problem in feeling alot
of energy when doing these practises. But I realy not feel so much feelings, like anger or arrogance, but I can distinguish between nice feelings in the organs and not so nice feelings, but do not realy know what kind of feeling I feel.I can quite easily use colors to increase my sence of qi when using these exercises.
Is it right to change the color to orange, for instance in the heart to be connected to the bad feelings in the heart? Or which way do you recomend a beginner to reach a closer connection to the different feelings in the organs in this practises?
Or is it ok to just transform the negative colors that is suggested as negative colors or to move the bad colors to the sphere in which they should be gathered before we take them into the yin-yang in the bagua at the navel.
I should say also that I like the fusion practise and that I feel wery calm and connected after doing them, still I have a feeling that I am only scratching the surface here.

It will take your practice deeper.
He has some Yin Fusion methods there that allow you
to go deeper into the emotions as opposed to the more
Yang Bagua Practice.Focusing (not Healing Tao) is another tool for allowing
you to access the emotions on a deeper level.
See the attached link.As to asking “is it alright” or “is it OK” to do a certain

Whatever feelings are there those are the right feelings. You do not need to dig or dive any deeper than necessary. Whatever feeling is coming forward is the right one (I agree with Steven).
Sometimes when I am really gentle with myself, in a very loving sweet deep place within, I use softer colors, red becomes more pink, white becomes silver transparant or like pearl, green becomes very soft green, blue becomes azure blue like the pacific shores, and yellow becomes gentle sandy gold.
I invite whatever feeling is there to join those gentle spheres, maybe it is just my female nature but it is very nice to sink in those gentle colors, not so much to transform them in a yang way but invite my feelings to come forward in a safe colored space (pearl). Feelings, in my opinion, feel safer and more invited when we are gentle and create gentle spaces for them, like frigthened little children who need the safety to come forward.
Yet the yang bagua way can be very useful as well to transform stuck energy, sometimes a more yang approach can be needed.

I didn´t know about the yin/yang aspect of the fusion practise. Michael Winns aproach to these practises seems to be wery interesting. And Wendy I realy liked the idea of the gentle colors, even though male I often like the yin aproach wery much. Perhaps thats why I can´t realy use David Deidas ideas so much even though I find them wery interesting. I also feel spontaniously that even though using the gentle colors, that the practise in itself is not only gentle beacase of the inherent power I can feel from it, (feel it before I even have used it, intuition I guess), it feels like those gentle colors will alowe much deeper feelings to the surface, deeper feelings that in some sence for the moment are hidden and wery strong and perhaps a bit uncomfortable. Don´t know why I feel this sow clearly before it realy has happened, but interesting to see if it is right. Gently allowing feelings to arise from the soul or shen of the organs, seems like a wery good idea, to make friends with your inner beings inside of you.
Sometimes while doing fusion my heart starts to hurt a bit, often when I am working on another organ, the same might happen with the adrenals also, especially after a period with much intace of cofe. I guess both these organs speaks to me and I have to learn to listen to what they want to tell me, I loved to also. But of course there is some time needed to learn to let go and harmonise everything toghether I guess.
Interesting practise!
Thanks for your responce, SD
Still conFUSION but at a much higher level 🙂
