recent forum discussion about inner smile – prompted some review and smiling to saliva for golden elixir practice seems a very necessary component. It is covered in MW course at various points and included in meditations. MC states on his video (extract link below) that the saliva practice is the link between the heart mind compassion fire and the water sexual jing. MC has a book on the golden elixir practice and there is a part video on YouTube. Reason to mention: seems to me the various practices do not integrate with body and sexual jing does not transform very well without this component. Dedicated practice of chi cultivation, grounding and kan and li formulas it now seems to me really need this; simple, but brings the transformation right into the body. The simple self massage that goes with it helps too (9 flower glands massage shown in book and MC demonstrates in video at start, massaging around breasts). The big challenge with all these practices is to learn how they can all fit together to give a good result. Especially important for lesser kan and li and advanced lesser, just adding it in a bit more deliberately helps.
We did this saliva stuff with Jutta on CNT course …
This reverse in_circling breath and then tiger or dragon breath … a lot of saliva produced with this practice … then smiling in to it and swallow it in to ldt …
Thank you for remembering me … I should put it in to my practice schedule again …
