Is it recquired to touch the points and go through each one in fusion 3 right when we begin or can we simply do what you do on the 8 extraordinary vesselv dvd?
It helps to touch the pathway, to communicate your intenion to the body.
But keep in mind the 8 extra pathways are very deep in the core, and are not the skin surface that you are touching.Awareness of the inner pathways opens up with repeated practice of the form.
I have recorded this class on CD audio this past weekend, an excellent group.
If you don’t have the audio get that digital edition. I also introduce the wudangshan version of the 8 extra /macrocosmic orbit meditation for the first time.
