I have been working on some recapitulation (Castenada) of late. It attempts to free you from past events by drawing back your power and pushing away any existing tethers. This technique is the opposite of the Reconciling technique of Mr G, which attempts to meet any negative forces with a positive force in order to fully reconcile the event. From my experiments both work, but the results are different. To recapitulate you end up with a sort of empty clarity, with reconciling you end up with the energetic result of your reconciliation and you grow … the information of the event being reconciled “coats” you.
This is the way it seems right now but I need to experiment more.
Man often seeks to be free by distancing himself from that which bothers him, but whatever the practical use of the technique, we are actually meant to be bothered to have experiences and fully reconcile them which accrues a type of growth in us. Growth comes from experiences.
I believe that this kind of energetic growth is part of the subconscious structure of the universe, we and all life are energetic transformers functioning according to certain patterns rules and possibilities with energetic results.
Consciousness works in a different realm to these energetic subconscious possibilities.
Interestingly I heard some nice instructions today in relation to Castenada on staring at something and feeling it stare back at you. Done correctly you can feel activate and become the presence of the “3rd eye” (actually “I”) in the forehead using this technique. This I believe is the same as the Secret of the Golden Flower but explained easily – in the SOTGF it talks of turning back the attention which is quite difficult to understand.

But there’s more.
Castaneda’s recapitulation is very, very slow, as it is set in real time, just run in reverse.
Mr. G’s reconciliation is essentially alchemical, but again limited to event by event.
In Taoist alchemy, one dissolves the pattern wherever it appears within the layers of your Energy Body, and at higher levels, across the entire Time-Space-Beings matrix, by focusing on its “elemental structure” (pre-natal Qi) rather than its “situational structure” (post-natal Qi).
This is the very purpose of yin-yang and five-phase theory — to allow adepts to work with the underlying energetic structure and shift that, rather than wrestling with the surface manifest situation.
You start this process in Fusion of the 5 Elements to dissolve emotional structures, then move to deeper structures in the levels of Kan & Li (Water & Fire) alchemy.
Hope this helps.

Beelzebub’s Tales to His Grandson
CHAPTER 26
The Legominism Concerning the Deliberations of the Very Saintly Ashiata
Shiemash Under the Title of“The Terror-of-the-Situation”‘“But when during this period of my “self-preparation” I
chanced to meet many beings of almost all “types”
formed and existing here in the city of Babylon, and
when during my impartial observations, I constated many
traits of their being-manifestations, there crept into me
and progressively increased an “essence-doubt” as to the
possi- bilities of saving the three-centered beings of this
planet by means of these three sacred ways.“‘The different manifestations of the beings I then encountered,
which increased my doubts, gradually convinced
me that these consequences of the properties of
the organ Kundabuffer, having passed by heredity
through a series of generations over a very long period of
time, had ultimately so crystallized in their presences,
that they now reached contemporary beings already as a
lawful part of their essence, and hence these crystallized
consequences of the properties of the organ Kundabuffer
are now, as it were, a “second nature” of their common
presences.
“‘So, when I finally became a responsible being, I decided
that before making my choice among the mentioned
sacred ways, I would bring my planetary body into
the state of the sacred “Ksherknara,” that is, into the state
of “all-brained-balanced-being-perceptiveness,” and only
when already in that state, to choose the way for my further
activities.“‘With this aim, I then ascended the mountain
”Veziniama,” where for forty days and nights I knelt on
my knees and devoted myself to concentration.
‘“A second forty days and nights I neither ate nor
drank, but recalled and analyzed all the impressions present
in me of all the perceptions I had acquired during my
existence here, during the period of my “selfpreparation.”
‘“A third forty days and nights I knelt on my knees and
also neither ate nor drank, and every half-hour I plucked
two hairs from my breast.
‘“And only when, thereafter, I had finally attained complete
freedom from all the bodily and spiritual associations
of the impressions of ordinary life, I began to
meditate how to BE.September 14, 2017 at 2:48 pm #51194rideforeverParticipantWonderful photo, but the story of Ashiata Shiemash is not complete; having contemplated how it might be possible to still reach the hearts of the fallen Earth people, after his retreat on the mountain Ashiata Shiemash realized that within every human being is Conscience still functioning perfectly and Conscience being the “representative of the Creator” within could still even in their low state reach them.
Mr G taught many powerful and wonderful and Holy techniques of alchemy, but later he started talking of “I Am” being the endpoint of the journey. And he never to my knowledge made the connection between alchemy and “I Am”. What is the link? And it is the same question in Qigong. When do we get to Self-realisation ?
Alchemy is an incremental process of energy cultivation, but Self-realisation is not really like that. There is some degree of energy cultivation in Self-realisation, but it is more todo with the igniting of Self-understanding on the energy body. It is more todo with intelligence of the soul beyond energy.
This intelligence that we call Consciousness is so powerful that once it is lit it cleans the house. And this is greatly needed because no amount of alchemising or self-work can clean the house, as far as I know. A human cannot clean the house. Only “God” can. So as part of the work we must surrender to allow the cleansing to begin. Eventually Absolute Surrender.
It is a critical decision because we are so used to doing it ourselves. Surrender, possibly you have to wait until your people start dying before you are ready, some great tragedy.
Take nothing with you says Mooji. Yes. But in the end I believe you start to see how all those years you resisted really surrendering, how you really had such a small view of yourself, you didn’t trust the stars. Really, you love the stars, and in surrender you meet them. Life is beautiful, can we believe ? Can we hope ? I hope so.
Alchemy and the cultivation of energy is part of the subconscious technologies, like a machine or tool or process that you can harness. I believe it is used to reach a certain level from which you can then reach Consciousness which then cleans house as you surrender into it.
Just now I was about to embark on yet another session of bioenergetics to clear out old wounds, but I just stopped and realised it was another incremental practice. I think I am too old to continue with that.
So instead I sat in meditation, gently I breathed into my heart, on the exhale resting inside, deeper and deeper. The heart warms up and eventually it is a like a sphere extending beyond the body, a warm sphere of love. On the outskirts I feel the dark energies of so many tragic wounds. And it is a meeting of the light and darkness. And yes finally choosing, trusting, and surrendering to the heart diving and dying inside.
With this method I will not get to go back and be “what I should have been”. I must go forward into the realisation of the soul of the heart. It is the only way, and I am ready.
The heart is not a “chakra”. Well it is … but playing with the energy of the heart only gets you so far. You have to become the heart, meaning your identity becomes permanently embodied in this centre, your “I” is in the heart – as it can be in any of the centres of the soul.
The Secret of the Golden Flower, it’s purpose is to put your “I” permanently in the forehead centre. The Central Channel is made up of 3 such centres that eventually can join up to form a large activated soul.
Meditate to BE. Yes, but how is it done ? Actually you can BE in your heart, or BE in your forehead or BE in your tantien, solar plexus and other centres. Each one can be cultivated in turn, each one takes time. Each one is salvation.
Qigong possibly makes you BE in other cosmic centres but I do not know.
My understanding is that you must BE solidly enough in at least one centre (preferably the forehead) or you won’t survive the transition of death … although who knows for sure about such things.

Definition – What does Kula mean? Kula is a Sanskrit word that can be translated as “community,” “clan” or “tribe.” This word is sometimes used by the yoga community to denote the sense of inclusion and belonging that can be cultivated through yogis coming together to practice yoga.
This kula, or community, of yogis is considered sacred because it is a group of people who come together freely, with intention and a shared sense of purpose. In this way, the traditional idea of yoga as a personal and individual practice can be expanded to include more social aspects and experiences of connection with others as well as the self.
Yogapedia explains Kula:
Kula may also be translated to mean “community of the heart.” This implies that the community of people have shared values, and a shared sense of valuing and connecting with each other. These people, in a sense, hold space for each other. Many yogic communities will strive to create this. The concept of kula can be used to describe the idea that when yogis practice yoga with strangers, they feel inspired and motivated by them. When they then leave their yoga class and this particular group, they are then perhaps more able to go out into the wider community and inspire and support others as well.
