This is ac ompletely different practice than what Michael is teaching. Wuji Gong from him is much more complex and multi-leveled and could not be put easily into a descriptive article.

There seems to be some significant amount of documentaiton on it and the excerpts I’ve read do sound like Lao Tzu. But I can’t say for sure. Maybe others have some info on it. -Alexander
