Medical and Spiritual Qigong (Chi Kung)
bowser, it may be psychological, might be a good idea to talk to your doctor about it, good luck.
Kundalini syndrome is a very serious condition, it can affect the person for years, if not ruin their lives forever. First of all, depending on how serious they have it, they will need to stop chi training, especially if it is moving chi upwards into the head.
The main problem is that the CNS, the brain itself, is over energised, too much chi in the head. By reducing this, moving chi downwards, out of the feet is one of the best ways to counter it before it gets its claws into the brain.
There is a link with low thyroid which places the CNS and nerves into a more vulnerable situation, thus it is easier for them to break down when blasting the brain with chi thru chi kung etc.
One treatment that helps a lot, and I can vouch for that personally, is neurofeedback, reducing beta activity on the non dominant hemisphere reduces the panic attacks and anxiety from kundalini syndrome.
If you want to ask more personal questions please feel free to email me, this is a condition I have had to heal myself from, it ain’t nice.
