i would also like to make a clarification on my post. if you’re doing a really low and wide horse stance, you’d probably want to bring your feet closer together so you can be more comfortable and balanced to do the little shaking and weight shifting.

I did this today and my first reaction was “that was fun!”
I did it on one side, then i did the movement not intended to open up the orbit and i noticed that it was unbalanced to do it with one leg up and not following it with the other leg. so try to do it the same number of times on both sides, but if you do it a lot in one session it might not…[Read more]
