I was inspired this morning to activate the microsmic orbit with the alchemical crane during my five animals frolic practice. Worked well and will be experimenting on students in the future with it. If you try this at home I would love to hear your feed back.
I did this today and my first reaction was “that was fun!”
I did it on one side, then i did the movement not intended to open up the orbit and i noticed that it was unbalanced to do it with one leg up and not following it with the other leg. so try to do it the same number of times on both sides, but if you do it a lot in one session it might not matter as much. anyway, good idea and some fun experimentation could be done with it, perhaps going up the front and down the back. it was interesting having water go up the back and fire go down the front, not sure what kind of long term effects that could have. thanks for sharing this with us!
