Hi:
a book is great, but audio or video presentation is very well.
*******************************
Without written explanation an audio is little value. This is a very technical method, not flowery. Elegant patterns of Luo Shu, Stems, Ba Men/gates, yin-yang, etc., a manual is required.2. ultimately the challenge is:

Hi Michael:
Just some thoughts
The bagua has eight forces and the center ninth. So NINE is the number of completion. TEN is the number of REBIRTH, the next ONE plus the unknown factor of ZERO, neutral force. So TEN completes NINE by beginning the next cycle of Nine.

Each numerical system is a way to perceive the whole,…[Read more] -

Not sure what your point is. You can intuitively perceive some energies in our envirorment, there are other things 99% of people are incapable of knowing exist. Knowing where and when to activate these latent energies is based on sophisticated and complex formulas, I dont think 99% of people have any chance with them. Unless you go learn them its…[Read more]

Yes, you are basically way off.
Feng Shui is a big topic, in the same way a MRI or Petscan has nothing to do with intuition, but saves lives, Feng Shui is much more that intuition. It plays a small role.

In the same way Tao Alchemical formulas can be very complex, based on integration of tao principles, theories and complexity, so is Feng Shui. In the same way 90% or more of people have no sense of the detail or alchemical methods we practice, so the same for feng shui. Intuition can lead one so far, one would have to be super developed to…[Read more]

Hi
“The fact that there is no difinitive method means to me that there are only interpretations derived by the practitioner. What underlies the methods is what is central. This is the same as, say, Michael having mentioned before that while sound is essential to deep meditation, ANY system using it will work because the Dao/lifeforce is…[Read more]

Hi Bak:
I know the da mo you talk about, its a nice form. Hu’s Tao Teh Ching is quite good and I would recommend it to anybody. It does talks lots about Alchemy. For those dao purists, they may struggle with the buddhist influence, he merges the two.

There are a variety of possibilites. One major one is Spleen Qi deficiency, so diet as someone suggested is a key and doing qi gong to supplement the Spleen and Stomach. Of course stess/liver can be attacking digestion, wood attacking spleen, need to know more.
