Medical and Spiritual Qigong (Chi Kung)
Funny thing is that now i just have to feel compassion for the planet… whenever i do that conciously, almost as an acknowledgement the bubbling spring point starts to tingle… there is no need to conciously regulate the breath with any visualzation.
perhaps i could do the same for bone breathing; not visualize, just feel compassion for the blissful forces around me. somehow it has not worked so far. still at.
