I have a saying with inner smile I often do that could fit with this. I often say May the light of my soul go where needed, I open my heart and soul to god/life force. I feel the circle, the coming and going and the intensifying of that infinite love in my whole body heart mind and soul.

Oh I am still interested to see what comes up for you if you ask the Yi Jing about continued practice. You know they took allot of internal alchemy and tried to externalize it with poor results, aka dead emperors. I am curious of the effects of internalizing this process, you may get faster and safer feed back/results.
