I have been doing the practise of the yin/yang waater weel during my long bus travels to work. A good thing with the two hours travel is that I want to do my exercises as long as possible, so that my travel is nice and goes fast.
During the practise I realy felt the cold Jing energy as a realy soft and broad energy field slowly growing thrue my spine up to my head. Slowly as Jing in comparisson to chi. It was a real greate feeling.
Is the yin/yang water weel a part of mantak chias practise of is it just a part of Yudeloves?

This practise might be seen as a refined version of the testicle repectively the ovarian breathing!

Yudelove uses another word “This is a a more advanced version of the testicle and ovarian breathing”.
Perhaps refined also works 🙂
But as a beginner at the practise I quoted Yudelove instead.
Easy version: Visualize two suns in respectively eye and let them shine and smile. Visualise them also in respectively testicle or ovarie. Rotate the eyes by looking down and back and so on as in the big draw but, continuously circular, (follow MC-orbit). In the same time rotate the testicle or the ovarie in conjunction with the eyes as they were rotating together.
Advanced version: Vidualise a golden robed prince in the left eye and a silvery robed princess in the right eye. Look up into the head where you have a mirror reflecting them dowm to each testicle or ovarie. Rotate the eyes. Change the testicle or ovaries to water weels, let them rotate in conjunction with the eyes in the same time, let the prince and princess walk forward, with theire faces turned towards your back.
This is the start of the exercise, so far I know it. Then you add circulations of the unarosed Jing in the MC as when you do the testicle and ovarian breathing, but I have not learned how to jet. So not try to do it from what I write her.
I have done the exercise for about ten minutes though as described above and felt alot of energy traveling nisely up my spine. 🙂 During some of my trials with this exercise.
