I didn’t notice any big revelations after 100 days, but more like subtle energy body developments as I progressed. And if anything, I always felt damn good afterward! More to come if I can ever find the time to write it…

Anyone read the Celestine Prophecies? It’s fiction, but still a pretty good book (and movie). It’s almost like eastern philosophy blended with the western idea of progress.
