Fatigue…
I have had issues with fatigue in the beginning – and occasionally. Doing my meditation starting from 5am in the dead of winter increases fatigue too.
But it’s like my organs are sleeping…
When I took the above mentioned more relaxed/let it go approach this morning – it was minimally better.
I slowed it right down aswell and allowed the whole meditation to focus on inner smile and the first few formulas of fusion 1.
It’s like my organ qi is dead “asleep”. When I do the smile I have to smile for a long and focused period to get the build up of the virtues.
I never fall asleep anymore – but my body seems to be?
I’m with you on this one stephen, but regarding:

It’s a bit like saying that mold and bacteria are the cause of all the decay in the world…
But, the state of decay came about and so the bacteria was there for it because decay is its ballpark.
Humanity chose sleep, they got tired of the work, tired of all this responsibility – they chose to rest from that..
The groups and the control only arose as there was an opening, a role opened up and they filled it.
When humanity is ready, so is the universe, and those seeking control experiences will compassionately be accommodated elsewhere.
Do you think you are separate from the meat?
We could argue about that for hours, but you are the meat. You are all of it.
Inner or Outer, I think you need to smile more and you will know that your smile is everywhere.

I have been doing fusion 1 for about 11 months now, and am incorporating fusion 2 over the last few months.
I too feel the connection of siddhis with the extraordinary vessels – as most of them depend on sufficent reservoirs of vital energy to deliver the siddhis.
Though the texts mentioned to not work directly with the siddhis – rather bring about the wholeness through which they are found.
So, i’m very much enveloped in the fusion process – and will continue to be (every day) – so, i’m not looking to jump off that ship.
Rather, I’m looking for text that works more directly with the siddhis themselves – which fusion does not (directly, as such). 🙂
Can anyone direct me to a Taoist text on developing Siddhis or “special gifts”?
Not chasing powers, but experiencing some – and want to find a taoist textual resource.
I’ve had teachers in the past, and my days are done there – so, just looking for a text.
Any suggestions?
Interesting content. I’ve not tried the meditation yet, but wanted to share a related experience.
Some months ago, I had a massive amount of chi enter my third eye during meditation. I had an instant running nose and head pressure.
Hours later in meditation I was trying to bring the pressure down the functional channel to the navel, when my third eye tube (like a translucent hydraulically extending crystal) extended from my third eye to the navel region.
I felt my whole consciousness traveling with the tube, and I pause a second and then allowed it.
My whole consciousness popped from my head center into the navel region – I was literally inside my abdomen.I could see the ming-men fire – or maybe the dantien – it was a glowing, perfecly circular disk. I’ve never seen anything so perfectly circular. It has black vapour issuing around it. Suddenly there was a surge of energy coming into the disk from above or outside and there was a gush – like energy gushing through pipes – and there was a rush of energy coming through the disk. The black vapour took a more “directional form and swirled with the energy in a arc/circle up and around my inner “cavern”.
The energy danced with what i belive to be my yin/kidney energy. It was like a battle for balance – like a little fire cracker spinniing madly with the polarity. The point where the two energies spun was a small massively powerful spark – which at a point – took off and traveled through subtle pathways. I could see it travel within, like a spark in a waterslide tube throughout me.In the space I could also see a big black cluster, with blue points like stars (see image attached but the blackness was stretching between the star points) – the black web extended between the points like dense black spiderweb, but it was dense and full – from that black stuff I felt it laughing at me and my inability to fully comprehend all I was seeing – almost laughing at how blind I was to all of it and who I truly am.
There was also a big fire which extended across the bottom of the “abdominal cavity” and steadily burning fire – uneven and slowly expanding like a big grass fire across the hills.
I felt like I may have been able to travel into the “black chi”, or through ming-men – but I felt like I didn’t have enough awareness of what I was dealing with.
I was then able to split my vision/awareness between the inner space and my outer normal vision, then I phased back out.
