Going celibate is not harmful in any way, even without any transformation of energy.
Transformation of energy : through the regular practices, such as the Microcosmic Orbit, and on.
Dealing with sexual thoughts and temptations ! ah, that’s the point! You may find that you get a lot of balance through the Microcosmic orbit, and you may clear nasty sexual snags through Fusion practice, as you go on, your spiritual energy is more active and occupies more mental space, so sexual worries should decrease, and yet, and yet, they’re still there!
so, what’s the problem? The problem may be with the Three Worms,
The so-called Three Worms, or Three Witches are kind of demons that live in us. They are the powers most responsible for preventing us from achieving ourselves.
The Blood Witch, or the Red one lives by the anus. That’s the one responsible for protracted sexual problems or deviations.
The White Witch is closer to the stomach and deals with food problems as well as mental confusion, while the Green Witch, near the Third eye is responsible for over ambition, jealousy….They are not external demons, not strangers, but part of ourselves like other shen. The way to deal with them is to transform them into helpful beneficial angels.
I’m not too sure how this is best done, there are different ways. The Inner Smile should work.Try asking Michael.

Will be useful & interesting.April 15, 2005 at 3:35 pm #4425IssolParticipantFor sure alcohol will not only dull the mind, but also clog the meridians with thick gunk.
At the time of drinking the mind is stimulated and may get some deep wiews,or insights.
But I don’t think those are profitable, as you see the next morning it’s all the reverse, youn are stuck with a paralyzed mind. The pure mind, which is the essential tool in development, doesn’t need artificial stimulation. That will only make you move backwards, or waste your time.

But it doesn’t mean we have to worry about doing them, on the contrary, they should just come up spontaneously, as a result, or a testimony to the point of development we’ve reached. They should come up naturally, without thinking, WU Wei way, effortlessly, they say just like a blooming tree spreads its fragrance.
But checking on one’s behavior is also considered a useful way of progressing. It’s a type of self-examination whereby every night one reviews the various good or bad actions committed in the day. A hard thing to do, there are special checklists, but this is said to be a most efficient way of evolving. That’s closer to the traditional Catholic way
It’s even considered that this moral education can have the same results as other types of methods, like Alchemy, and lead you to the top beingness. Because the evolution process is finally always a thorough purification, or decontamination of one’s original pure being. No kidding, it’s said you have nto do 3,000 meritorious deeds, that may be one evry 15 minutes!!!
Lastly, it’s also the final stage for all that have reached full realization, for the rest of their time, (or out of time), they are to be active in selfless service, purely helping out others because they don’t need anything for themselves anymore.
What about virtue? Is-it suffering or deprivation, striving and moaning? Not at all, virtue, believe it or not, virtue is enjoyment. Virtue is pure bliss. How, how an that be? That can be because the essence of virtue is what you feel when you care for a little child, or also when you smile.
This by the way is not my own brew, but taken from Daoist writings.
