But also i want wrote what i think about this:

I doing big draw when my body want it. But also i find that Wudang orbit give me what i want and im doing big draw much more less than before.

Also its very big difference to use muscles and to use testical breathe. In first case can be some energetical problems(which i have before), but in second case im becoming some hot when im practice along and i need practice “kan and li” which take a lot of time.

But this is two big difference to practice along and with girl. I dont like ejaculate in any case, but with girl some times i going to injaculation which i feel like big whole body orgasm, in this case i give to she my yang energy and some part of sperm stay alive:)) and my body restore faster than in case when i ejaculate.

why i want kan & li practice is because sometimes i feel desire in my body not in my sexual centr:), this can be solved by subtle body sex or kan & li.

Ok im think that its good to take Fusion 1-3, because im learned this only from books.

with teacher im learned do-in, iron-shirt 1-2, inner smile, six healing sounds, bone breathing and rooting and also internal Chi Breathing also – im study this before individual. Also im doing ironshirt 3 from Mantek Chia for tendons which im very like.

This all improve my qigong and karate practice which i learned from another very good teacher but now i live in another city and i cant practice whith him.

Im think that question is not how much you know and how much you learned question which is really work for you and what you really need.

Im very like wudang practice and im dooing it every day because this practice transfer my body in another regime.

When i have question im trying to find answer:
i listen to my teacher, listen to Mantek Chia and Michael Winn words,
listen to different peoples, listen to reality wich can give me answer in different situations of life.
Interesting what is first belief or knowledge? this two things very close to each other.
You can belief in something but reality say to you: NO its wrong:)
And you receive from reality knowledge.
But also if you not belief in some knowledge this knowledge will not work for you.

Also i find that my orbit can shuting down – after physical work or after some another work. And its necessary for me to do this practice before and after healing love. For me its real discovery, because befor i underestimate work with orbit, now i can do big draw good in various positions. Also its very necessary to have whole aura.
