Yes, there are several ways to know. The first of which is knowing 🙂

1) Short of knowing and the other ways mentioned below, I found it helpful to learn I Ching.

I agree with Chris in that you need to move on through fusion and onto K&L. You are hesitant and take your time, that is fine. If you want the “answers” go find them yourself. The HT can help you “get there”. I have found that courage is SO important on this path. You obviously have this in your “outer life” otherwise you would not…[Read more]

and perhaps others have had experiences in HT where it develops on it’s own. I am just saying that for me and for some others I know, we felt this missing especially after developing it in other ways. I am not knocking the whole HT system. It helped me immensely!!!
