True, but immortality teaches one to have no love of life, much the same way that suffering teaches one to have no dread of death. 🙂 Sorta like some people gotta become rich before they realize money isn’t worth anything, and some people gotta become poor before they realize being penniless isn’t something to be scared of.

Your mileage may vary. 🙂 Just a few educated guesses. Haven’t met any immortals yet, although I’ve kept my eyes peeled whenever I’m at the local grocery store. 😀

The problem comes because of false distinctions between masters and students. Plato is a master, but he is also a student, and the things he is currently studying are terribly difficult on a person.

Who knows? 🙂 Multi-dimensional qigong is a lost art, if it wasn’t just made up in the old stories in the first place. Anyhow, why would they bother? It wouldn’t ultimately make any difference anyways.

Bullets have lots of concentrated qi. 😉 Far more than fists, swords, spears, crossbow arrows, or anything that iron shirt was developed as a defense against. Many accomplished but not perfectly accomplished people learned this during the Boxer Rebellion. Theoretically I suppose one could become adept enough to stop bullets, but unless you can…[Read more]

I’ll see if I have a copy floating around somewhere. Wasn’t expecting the HT message board to crash though. 🙂
