CO. I’m not just interested in their qigong, although i’m sure it’s interesting- i’m interested in their meditation system as well.

I’ve been looking for books on Chan cultivation- other than the sometimes maligned Nan Huai-Chin, I can’t find much- a travelogue/adventure called Bones of the Master (which was good, but not much help), and some translations by Lu Kuan Yu (Charles Luk) that I haven’t read yet, but seem to be more sutras than practice guides. I’ve been looking for books on Chan cultivation- other than the sometimes maligned Nan Huai-Chin, I can’t find much- a travelogue/adventure called Bones of the Master (which was good, but not much help), and some translations by Lu Kuan Yu (Charles Luk) that I haven’t read yet, but seem to be more sutras than practice guides.
