I have been watching the posts and awesome information has been exchanged. I do however agree that if ones preference is towards or against a specific practice it might be best to inform the other person just so they know all is above board and then they can make a decision for themselves.

I would also say that “Danny” has a chip on his shoulders, a fairly big one and would do more for himself with practising rather than being concerned with Michael Winn’s success at the video market. Right now I get anywhere from 4-6 hours. I have made myself though — take at least one night a week where I will get a 3-4 hour nap along with the 4-6 hours.

When I first started I went on an energy high and took only 4 hours sleep along with 4-6 hours martial arts/taiji training and/or teaching per night. However my employment work did…[Read more]

I have heard about the Buddhist signature sign and I have also heard about the Hitler Swastika sign of course. And statements of how the Swastika was changed around/corrupted by Hitler.
