Great article! You are brave! I am so glad to see you live what you teach. Many don’t and I am surprised that they don’t but instead take in the fear-porn that is directed at us 24/7. The supplements you list work, we use them in my home, we are healthy. The only thing I would add:  The critters that populate our microbiome out number our human cells vastly, is it wise to see them as enemy? Have we misunderstood their purpose, was Pasteur accurate? When I practice 5 healing animals now I directly address my microbiome too, smile to them, thank them for their service, ask them to show me what they do in my body so I can understand their purpose.
