I did try segments of it last few days as stand alone practices. Still feels good! 😉

Just a question : does the swaying of the body during the practice reflect any particular energy movements, or say something about the misalignment of the structure, with the chi correcting it? I get different types of swaying at different points in time of the whole Deep Healing sessions : front-back, arc-like left right or a twisting-swaying movement at the waist level.
