Cool.
I can really relate to this.
As a child I was obsessed by the centre of turning wheels. It reminded me of something very, very secure, solid, genuine.“Everything is music”

–“The purpose of having a language of yin, yang, and yuan is to help adepts distinguish between different states and avoid illusion obtained by sudden experiences that don’t re-shape one’s jing level”
This makes a lot of sense to me and sounds familiar. In Mahamudra developing knowledge of contrasting states of mind, and deliberately bringing…[Read more]

There is a kind of trust and recognition of and cooperation with an innate intelligence, akin to the idea of “conscience”–the natural innate intelligence, the dao.
Meaning of religion: re-ligio: “linking back”.
Regarding opening of channels–yes, and on a more basic level, if your health is just plain poor and/or you are filled with emotional…[Read more] -

I lived in Germany for six years (Stuttgart). It’s true, the profusion of excellent beer and wine is very tempting.
Red wine is probably the healthiest thing you can drink alchohol-wise. If you’re going to drink regularly, drinking no more than one to three glasses of red wine or beer at a sitting is advised (there is a threshold point beyond…[Read more]

I’m glad that some of the more extreme aggressiveness has recently been pointed out as being the rather counter productive…[Read more]
