singing ocean replied to the topic Nei-Yeh as source of Alchemical formulas? in the forum General 17 years, 1 month ago
By the way, I didn’t say that the Nei Yeh is a “Source of Alchemical Methods”, let alone “THE SOURCE”, merely that it supports the transformation of jing-qi-shen through “methods” such as qigong and inner focus
A surface reading of the english text on page 62 may easily confirm your view that there is nothing more than to “hold on to the one”,…[Read more]

Thanks for the research! It is interesting to note, though that the (northern) Quanzhen school of Daoism (complete reality) was very influencd by buddhism, hence the focus on “emptiness”.
The “five inner gods” school of alchemical daoism of one cloud (yi yun) comes from the mountain hermit tradition. There are undoubtedly similarities, as…[Read more]

I very much agree that people experience practice differently because each person has a different makeup/combinatin of shen. I am detecting this viewpoint, though that ALL practices are the same in your view, is this the case?

This brings us back to the question of whether our individuated personalities dissolve in to “original oneness” after death or maintain a symbiosis that is the result of cultivating while in a physical form (fusing shen…[Read more]

Kan and Li has evolved considerably over the past 15 years with a focus on neutral force. Yudelove may or not have been on this track, I don’t know. Many HT people do not practice kan and li.

interesting dude, we can add him to the list of people with the ability to transmit powerful qi.
He does briefly mention qigong (classified as “absorbing qi from the stars and planets, and nature”), and neigong (the ability to transmit qi), but doesn’t really talk about inner alchemy practice, I guess the kunlun neigong fills that…[Read more]

so… if its true that each individual is in fact their own little universe unto themselves with their own experience, all you can really do is choose a path and see what your own experience is, or what you feel from it. If its not what you want then try another one.

cool website. I checked this program I have called “starry night backyard” that tracks sun, moon and star positions through basically any time frame (10,000 BC to future) and it says that from the pacific time zone, the full lunar eclipse will take place from 2:50 am to 4:20 am. I don’t know exactly how accurate this is though. just taking note…[Read more]

Heres a few interesting parallels between some ancient cultures:
Both ancient egypt, sumer and the olmecs sprung almost fully formed into being with no gradual development of language or architecture.
Egyptians, aztecs and mayas had an all powerful system of nine deities.
Egyptians in the “book of the dead” and Mayans in the “popol vuh”…[Read more]

Hmmm, very interesting. There is also a book written by Ivan Van Sertima called “The Came Before Columbus” that details a lot of evidence for african voyages to the americas earlier on. The most obvious being the olmec granite heads, but there is also a lot of other small carvings that include africans and caucasians in the same image long…[Read more]
