This guy is from Taiwan, and is into the “qi moving people without touch” thing. An interesting skill if you want to bother taking the time to develop it. Whether or not its effective against non-disciples is another story.

What they talk about as cultivation has nothing to do with the alchemical techniques that were taught on some of M.Winns trips at Daoist mountains.

An interesting view into modern Quanzhen Taoism. Several of those martial arts guys have VCD’s out, one of them covers different Qigong exercises, and meditation postures (sitting, sleeping etc.)

For me, integration is the key

Awareness is not enough for me, I need to inter-act and experience the physical as an active willing participant

why not bring the original self into the categorizing intellect, and integrate them together?

I don’t know about you, but I have to ground all my spiritual cultivation and experience of love into the physical, otherwise it’s a waste of time.

Why then, deny the ego? it is valid and has a right to exist as much as the original self, if it is already here.
