Movement qigong works well for me, you might try M.Winn’s microcosmic orbit set. regular practice helps as well, with a focused intention. Try 25-30 minutes a day.

I agree that too much talk doesn’t cook the rice (terminology can get in the way).

I also agree that meditation accelerates the process of spiritual development. My teacher has taught me this also.
