I have utilized compositions from Masters Wang Rui Ting, Xie Yu Hong for the last 10+ years. The music is very traditional Chinese music & the tracks either relate to a correcting a certain pattern imbalance or they are written as a added feature to a stillness or movement practice.
When I first began to consider utilizing music for qigong,…[Read more]

Have you ever considered putting that whole q&a in a free downloadable pdf? If it were me I would make it a free booklet; people like freebe’s & is easier to read all of that. Most people will leave if they have to be click crazy on a site.

Hi Digdug,
I think Michael will be best to answer his 9 principles outline, which I personally like.
If you ever can find it, the Pa Pu Tzu(which roughly means The Master embacing simplicity) written by Ge Hong written in a honest straight forward manner on why we should trust & believe in Immortality & Immortals.
If you can’t ever find…[Read more]

snowlion replied to the topic Question about Fusion practise in the forum Practice 17 years, 11 months ago
Hi Ludrup,
I have seen practitioners get optimal results with inner smile, healing sounds, & fusion I formula, and including some sort of movement practice. Also they have used stillness as a grounding base before any of these are done. Sounds practices are nice since they purge stress & trapped emotions, smiling practice is good because it…[Read more]

snowlion replied to the topic Intro and The Nature of Addiction in the forum General 17 years, 11 months ago
Addiction has two elements that must be understood to grasp the true nature of it. The first element is tolerance . Emotional pain is reduced momentarily…and the hope is that it will not come…[Read more]

How do you sustain your practice?
I personally practice in early morning & at night time. What I do changes though by seasons time of year. It’s sustained by my personal belief that when you totally commit to a practice the reward for me will be the culmination of “cultivation of the skill”. I have felt the benefit from day 1 when I started…[Read more]
