I havent seen DJQG form yet … Is this form completely new created by MW or he did the fusion of some different qi gong forms? 🙂

How does Juan Li materials differ from the HT?

I would recommend you training with Barry, he is from UK and he does the stuff in similar way as MW teaches … or maybe with Yuan Li, I think he is from Spain … 🙂 There are also some other teachers teaching Healing Tao in Europe …

Interesting … just did the six directions qi gong today …

When I channeled chi to upper dantien I saw violet light …, then when opened middle dantien the light was red mist … and in the lower it was from red to black …

When I crouch down it was black and then stood up it was green and yellow …

We did this saliva stuff with Jutta on CNT course …
This reverse in_circling breath and then tiger or dragon breath … a lot of saliva produced with this practice … then smiling in to it and swallow it in to ldt …

Interesting the way you do your daily sessions. What seems ok to me, it that you dont have “fixed” shedule which you should follow daily, so your practice a flexibilty all the time … Great … 🙂

I did not count in a martial arts trainig. One hour per day before afternoo qi gong session. Just in case … 😉

Seems you practice quite a lot, 7,75h per day.

When I was unemployed, I could do up to 6 hours per day, including 2 hours martial arts training. So aproximately 4 hours qi gong daily.

Keep going, seems you do it well.
