I usually begin with streching, shaking and then ocean and jing/jang breathing.

In my opinion we can do qi gong to remove the stress and we change nothing … something like plaster over the wound …

or

we do qi gong to be who we really are …

So … we can talk the talk or do the real stuff … walk the walk … that simple it is …

Do you use visualisation too … like driving the pearls troughout the pathways?

I learned it from DVD_s … Checked out different authors … As I see, some try to do it in more tai chi way and others in another more spiritual way, not emphasizing stucture …
