why store energy when you have instant and continuous access to the infinite qi of creation?

as for castaneda, IMHO, he’s darkside and you need to be very careful with anything you’ve learned from his books, if anything. better just to avoid it. his books are good reads though.

i dunno where you live, man, but the east coast of the US is about as far from thailand as you can get and there are roundtripflights for less than 1200 dollars.

standing practice can cause qi to get stuck and trapped. try doing the 6 healing sounds everyday and some kind of movement qigong that will help circulate and ground it. i don’t do much standing practice it but i always follow it with a movement qigong when i do. the 3 amigos may just help, or soemthing else if you prefer it.
