I couldn’t begin to answer that. But I do believe that the one GREAT TEACHING of eastern practices is that the physical IS the spiritual. And vis a versa.

I notice that the longer I do seminal retention (i.e., sex without ejaculation), the more likely I am to “leak” a bit during sex. I too think this is some form or “precum” or prostate fluid or both.
