>>>Have you taken any of the fusion yet?
Yeah, from Michael, from Marie, and from David Twicken.
I like to repeat courses a number of times though,
so I’ll be taking more Fusion in the future. 🙂S

Hi Damon,
I think your choice of
Fusion I-II/Iron Shirt I with Marie
would be good choice.Summer is really the only time
when a person can take an Iron Shirt course
(beyond the intro you get in QF4).
In other words, if you haven’t had Iron Shirt,
you should take it over the summer. One thing you should know is, is that…[Read more]

Hi Damon,
This is something that Michael added to the Wudang orbit
practice starting in Fall 2007, so you may not have learned it.In this addition, you do an activity before releasing the
qi ball from the dantian.You breathe fire qi/love-joy/identity into the qi ball using ha;
then you breathe earth qi/inner will/body into the…[Read more] -

Hi Damon,
Personally, I tend more toward the FAST side 🙂
When I do the MO with the pearl, I’ll use
Michael’s Wudang orbit method, and usually
the beginning and end are more fast than the middle. Here’s what I do:
Before I let it out of my dantian, I empower
my qi ball with Michael’s new ha-ho-hm addition, and
get the ball…[Read more] -

Hi,
Just a few side comments . . .
I found your recent log entry interesting.
I’m not sure about the linear progression you suggest
for Taoism, as I think many of the branches developed
simultaneously. However, by putting neigong above
the other aspects I’m not going to complain. 🙂I also enjoyed checking out your website.
It…[Read more] -

See https://healingtaousa.com/tao_alchemy_formulas.html
for a description of what the formulas are trying to achieve.
There is no “right” time to move on; just when you are comfortable
adding new material. The intention is to not stop practicing the
old material at all, but just to ADD new material to the mix.
In other words, you…[Read more] -

When I use Firefox 3.0.7 (my default browser), there is
no problem. The menu bar on the left is intact, and there
is a scroll bar on the right side that allows me to scroll
down several pages of text.HOWEVER, when I use Internet Explorer 7.0.5, which is basically
what you are using, I see what you see. Namely, there is NO

Well, I’ll see you there then.
I’m retaking both Fusion workshops with Michael this spring,
and I’ll be bookstore manager again at the retreats.I can recommend David Twicken’s course.
I took it last year, and it’s a good course.Oh, by the way, I’ve added your webpage as a link
on my webpage. 🙂 -

Nice website. It has a lot of good energy.
The different sections of your webpage are a fun read, and
are quite good I think. Is that you hugging the old Chinese man on the formula page?
Ironic you made a webpage, as I just started making one
myself a couple days ago, LOL.From what I know about you,

I don’t think the general population will EVER really
flock to alchemical education enmasse. Alchemy requires
too much serious effort and courage to walk that path.
Of course this means that most people are just
going through the motions. -

The problem currently is that there are way too many
people in college that really shouldn’t be there.
Too many kids when they graduate high school go on to
college because they “think” that that’s what they are
supposed to do or what they need to do, without ever
thinking about what it is they want to do with their life.
They end up…[Read more] -

Hi SD,
I’m sort of not enjoying the teaching.
Well, that’s only partly true. I enjoy teaching
and love it, but I don’t enjoy teaching the people I teach.
I mainly teach very low level math classes to students who
hate math and are only taking the course because they have
to take it as some requirement. They pour their hatred on…[Read more] -
