I would practice more movement practices, such as qigong.
It would help get the blood and fluids moving.Once you do so, and you head clears, then being stationary
for meditation will probably be easier for you.As for the congestion, you might try increasing your
daily consumption of water and increase vitamin C intake.
You may find a…[Read more] -

The answer to questions of this type is
always: rely on your own intuition and what
feels right to you.Everybody is different, and it is impossible
to give a canned answer that applies to everyone.
What is perfectly fine for one person, may be too much
for another. If you feel good and notice no problems, then you

Advanced Lesser is a set of practices that Michael
developed in 2007 that advance the Lesser material
further beyond the first Lesser course. You need to learn
Lesser first before doing Advanced Lesser. The ordering page has not been updated in a while.
As far as I know, the *only one* available for Lesser
is the Holland set . . . but…[Read more] -

Ummm, if I think off the top of my head:
1. I know that there is a white T-shirt
with a full body picture of Lao-Tzu on it.
2. There is a “3-Yin-Yang” shirt that comes
in two colors: black and white
3. Extra colors: Inner Smile also comes…[Read more] -

There are not many metals that are:
1. Highly non-reactive
(doesn’t tarnish like silver/copper, doesn’t rust like iron, etc.)2. Soft and malleable
(very easy to shape)3. Highly attractive
(shiny, glittery, nice color, pretty)Yet gold fits all of those characteristics.
While not immensely rare, it is still not easy to come…[Read more]

Hi Damon,
The link is at the bottom of this post.
However, the link hasn’t been updated in several years
to my knowledge, and we have a lot more styles of T-shirt
than listed there; moreover the “What would Lao Tzu do” shirt
has not been sold for >=5 years to my knowledge. The optimal strategy is just to call Jan in the

Any final election in which there are more than two viable choices
creates an unfair election scheme.Example:
When Michigan Tech wanted to change from quarters to semesters,
but none of the faculty and students wanted it (and in fact,
it had to pass a faculty vote), Michigan Tech cooked the election
as follows:Three choices:

I only mentioned the Fusion 2 meditation because I
was unsure of your background, and that is the one
that is typically thought of as being “protective”.However, 99.9% of the time . . . issues relating to
oversensitivity to outside things and influences . . .
is really an issue with not being grounded.
This is why the grounding…[Read more] -

Hi SD,
The problem with books is that they have to be written
with everyone in mind, including those that have never
done any practices at all before. This is why in almost
all of M. Chia’s books, he has a first chapter on the micro. When learning, bone breathing and Iron Shirt 3 techniques

Wudang orbit is on the QF2 audio, not the DVD.
The DVD sets and audio sets are not the same thing.
This is a common mistake.DVD sets contain just qigong movements.
Audio sets contain the lectures, theory, and meditations. You need both the DVD and the audio set to have the full package.

Some people mistakenly think that
the way to being happy is to try

I see SD already provided you with a comprehensive answer.
In any event, guiding energy along certain pathways
is often the intention of various meditations. There
is nothing wrong with doing this. Such intention can
help to achieve certain goals. In fact, the microcosmic
