I’m using term soul here in taoist sense of “ling”, which holds simultaneously the five shen/xin AND both aspects of soul – heaven and earth agents. I see it as medium for communication or go-between Yuan jing-ch[-shen. Novak correctly identifies in my opionion that thr soul is split. why is a deeper question.

I saw sha when he first started oncthe circuit and came to an NQA conference. He shouted so loud tht I had to leave the room to protect my ears. So I never got his message. Maybe easier to sort thru in the quiet of a book. or maybe he finally got that the soul and love can be transmitted quietly.

I take herbs, which have more living chi in them, and a spirit to resonate with. and a few vitamins like coenzyme Q-10 and milk thistle (for liver/eyes), occasionally some B-vitamins that food may not supply enough of. I think it would help you to read texts by some Taoists who use the I Ching as their language for explaining alchemy. That may inspire you. Thanks – I’ve already scoped out the Yellow Mountains near Hangzhou. They are beautiful but no Taoists in them, and that is what seems to make the other “sacred” mountains so powerful – people meditating in them, merging with them.
But we may get this province eventually…..
