if there’s a way to keep it during ejaculation, i’m all ears. i am aware of the ‘million dollar point’ doesn’t work that well, imo..
Thanks to all who responded. I’m curious which ones you found actually worked for you. For example, I noticed if i’m diligent about my qigong practice, I generally won’t feel any effects the next day. I also discovered from reading Hua Ching Ni’s book, that a little bit of wine, brown sugar and a raw egg, gets me back to normal quicker. Regarding the herbs, I found they tend to make me ‘hornier’, but they don’t replenish the jing (he shou wu formula, for e.g.). When I talk to most people, they don’t understand what I mean by ‘tired’. For example, if i wanted to have sex the next morning or day, it’s certainly possible, that’s not what I mean. It’s just that feeling of energy depletion that I think only practicioners can understand. That’s why I think most guys aren’t aware of the subtle energy loss until they realize they’ve grown old quickly and can no longer do it like they used to.
I agree that more sleep can generally do it, unfortunately in these modern times who can really get that? So i was looking for something that seemed to work for people from experience.
